Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Jones Family Funeral Servicesin McComb, with the Rev. Bob Lynch officiating. Burial will bein Boyd Family Cemetery in Pricedale.
Mr. May was born Nov. 11, 1932, in Pike County, to Willie andVera Newton May.
He served four years in the U.S. Navy and 12 years in the U.S.Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. After his militaryservice, he worked in the oilfield drilling industry for manyyears.
Mr. May was preceded in death by his parents; a son, JohnnyRobert May; and a daughter, Teresa Carol May.
Survivors include a son, Raymond May of New Orleans; a daughter,Carol Ann Arenas of Prairieville, La.; and three grandchildren,Kayla May of Pascagoula, and Alex May and Angelina Arenas, bothof Prairieville.
