Harold was born on January 4, 1939, in Hunter, Arkansas, to the late Ewing Edward "Euin" Edward and Rosa Lee Evans Baker. He retired from the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office and served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed back yard BBQs, loving his children and grandchildren, and watching birds.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Baker; his brothers, Charles Baker and Bobby Baker; and sister, Vivalee Johnson.
Survivors include his son, Harold Baker Jr. and his wife, Jill; daughters: Vicky Baker, Stacy Gray and her husband, Steve, and Jessica Bennett and her husband, Trey; grandchildren: Allyson Vasquez and her husband, Chris, Zackery Gray, Taylor Turner, Blake Turner, Megan Baker, and Brady Baker; nine great-grandchildren; brothers: Bill Baker, Dewey Baker, and Levarn Baker; sister: Shirley Neal; other relatives and many friends.
