Robert Hehl, formerly of 2053 Lincoln Ave., Dubuque, beloved only son of Clara (Faha) Hehl and Adolph Hehl, began his journey to another life Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2007.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial of the cremated remains will be in his parents' graves in Mount Calvary Cemetery, at a later date. The Siegert-Casper Colonial Funeral Home, Dubuque, is in charge of arrangements.
Robert attended Holy Trinity Grade School in the '40s and Loras Academy and College in the '50s, where he was an excellent scholar and a member of the ROTC.
His closest surviving and caring relative is his first cousin, Donna Marie Bauerly.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents; and three maternal and devoted aunts, Marianne Bauerly, Coral Duggan and Flora Miller.
