Jackie Lee Perry, 81 of Carmichaels, died Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at home following a long illness.
He was born February 16, 1931 in Greenfield, Ohio, a son of the late Gevevieve Perry.
Mr. Perry was a long time truck driver for Wetterau, the grocery supplier former Fox Grocery.
He had served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
On April 22, 1967 he married Barbara A. Frakenberry, who survivies.
Also surviving are three children, Linda, Rick and Lloyd; three step-children, Ron Fortney, Lee Ann Palone and Paulette Newman.
Deceased are a daughter, Gloria; a son, Jackie Jr. and a step-son, Paul Gerald Fortney
