David Roy Cage of Azle went home to our Lord Friday, February 14, 2020 in Fort Worth Texas. David was born to his parents, Horace Rodolph Cage and Bonnie Beatrice McClure-Cage on June 13, 1933 in McAdoo, Texas.

David graduated from Spur High School. After graduation, and other times, he worked for the Swenson Ranch at Spur, Throckmorton, and Paducah. He was a retired Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force.

David is survived by his wife of 66 years, Delma Mitchell Cage; his daughter, Cindy Clark (John); his son Rusty Cage (Carol); his grandchildren, Mickey Clark (Gretchen), Kori Dixon (Billy), Nick Cage (Kerry), and Debra Dickinson (Dustin); his nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Ella Mae Gentry, his numerous nieces and nephews; along with other loving family members and friends.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Bonnie Cage; his son David Randall; and his brother, Don Cage.

All services will be held at Azle and Lake Worth Funeral Home and Azleland Cemetery, 850 N. Cardinal Road Azle, Texas 76020

A Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2020, 6:00pm – 8:00pm
A Funeral Service is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 11:00am
An Interment Service immediately to follow.
