Donita J. Carpenter, 88, passed away on February 2, 2020, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born on March 20, 1931, in Macon, Nebraska, to the late Herman Johannes and Ileta "Maxine" (Roberts) Blank.
Donita will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Donita is preceded in death by her husband, Richard N. Carpenter; son, Richard Lee Carpenter; granddaughter, Cynthia Ann Squyres and brother, Reverend Nolan D. Blank.
She is survived by daughters, Kitty Montano and husband, Jim, and Trish Gibson and husband, Paul, and sister, Nikki Cain and husband, Bob. Donita was blessed with two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
