CARIBOU – Daniel Anthony Hurley, 58, died August 21, 2019 at his Caribou residence surrounded by his family following a short battle with cancer. He was born in Houlton, August 9, 1961 the son of Frank J. and Donna R. (Merritt) Hurley. Dan was a 1981 graduate of Caribou High School, and was also a graduate of NMVTI with a degree in computer electronics. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Dan was employed by Time Warner Cable for a number of years, and more recently drove show truck for Corbin Saddle Company, traveling all over the country for various tradeshows. Dan was known as "Mr. Fix-It", even if he didn't know how to fix something he would always find a way. He took great joy in puttering around the house, and special care was taken when mowing his lawn on his zero-turn mower. His sense of humor will be missed by many.
