Survivors include his son, Anthony Joseph Trahan, his sisters, Belle Smith and Lynn Nell Guidry and his brothers, Wilbert Melancon, Andrus Credeur and Donald Credeur, along with several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
