Terry was body surfing in Jacksonville, FL and was pulled down by a big wave and it broke his neck. They took him off life support a day later. He passed away on July 26, 2009.
In 1965 Terry graduated from Marian High School in Imperial Beach, CA. He was a member of the Lettermen's Club 2,3,4; Sodality l; Revelers 4.
He was survived by his father, his sister Jade Marie; his wife Christine and two children, Katherine Rose and Joseph Arthur.
