Edward Bryant Tindall, beloved husband, father and gifted storyteller, passed away Friday, February 9, 2007 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Edward was born May 30, 1936 in Nacogdoches, Texas to the late Robert E. and Annie B. (Pitts) Tindall.

Edward served the City of Pearland as an Auxiliary Police Officer. He was a member of Shadycrest Baptist Church and was a former member of the Pearland Lion's Club. Edward played softball with the "Pearland Old-Timers". He enjoyed music and played with the "Sound-makers". Edward taught guitar, was an avid reader and wrote books, as well as songs, that were never published.

Edward is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Letcher Tindall and Leonard Tindall and two sisters, Myrtle Keffer and Audrey Griffin. He is survived by a loving family; his wife of 52 years, Willene Tindall; two daughters, Drinda Walker and Tammy Tindall and her partner, Marlene Jorgenson, all of Pearland; three brothers, Arnold and George Eddie Lee Tindall, and Earl Spurgen; two sisters, Ola Hassle and Ester Jewel Keffer; three grandchildren, Aaron Conway, Zachary Walker and his wife, Wendy and Mercedes Ortiz; great grandson, Zachary Walker, Jr.; numerous other relatives and extended family; especially, Pat and Charlie Charleston, The Baker Family, Suzie Wilcox and family; Michele Dissinger, Henrie Jean Loessin and Family, The Davis Family, Chris Holt, his coffee buddy - Stevie White; as well as a host of friends. Special thanks are extended to the care-givers of Vitas Hospice for the care given, and their compassion shared during Edward's illness.
