Services for Mrs. Maggie Hawthorne of Longview, formerly of Lufkin, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Greater Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. A. L. Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Hawthorne died Friday in a nursing home. A native of Trinity County, she attended public school. She was a member of Greater Shiloh Baptist Church.
