He was BORN 5/4/1913 in the Sandoval Comm. in Williamson Co. and was a lifetime resident of the Taylor area. Member of Zion Lutheran Church at Sandoval. Veteran of WW-2, a member of VFW, American Legion and Sons of Hermann Lodge. Mr. Aernie was a cook for 40 years before his retirement and will be remembered by the patrons of the "Old Corner", "Noacks", and "Curve Inn". Preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
SURVIVORS: Niece, Marie Dlouhy of Taylor; 3 nephews, Larry Aernie of Brenham, Dennis Aernie of Houston, Nelson Mueller of Rockdale; number of great-nieces and nephews.
