Mrs. SAVANNAH LOUISE LIAS DAVIS is the daughter of Tom Lias Sr. and Mrs. Adeline McCray Lias.

She was the wife of Allen Davis. At least two children were born to their union -- a son, Julius Manuel Davis, and a daughter, Annie Davis.

Obituary | "Funeral services for Savannah Lias Davis, 80, of 1101 Whetstone Street, Marshall, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Lewis Funeral Home with the Rev. J.W. Reeves officiating. Burial will be in Nichol Cemetery. Mrs. Davis died Tuesday, April 5, 1983 in Merritt Plaza Nursing Home. She was born May 8, 1902, in Marshall, the daughter of Tom and Adeline Lias. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Eva Lee Adkins, of Marshall; five nephews; and seven grandchildren."
