Lorie Leigh Bowling, 27, of 8300 McKee Road, Upatoi, GA died Monday January 20, 2003 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Thursday January 23, 2003 at the Trinity Temple Assembly of God Church with entombment to follow in Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend Mike McBride and Reverend Mark Burnett officiating according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm today at the funeral home. Miss Bowling was born June 12, 1975 at Ft. Benning, GA and was a member of the Trinity Temple Assembly of God Church and also attended the New Harvest Assembly of God Church in Hamilton, Ga. Survivors include her parents, Major (Retired) George Lee Bowling, Sr. and Terry Lynn Bowling of Upatoi, GA, her brothers and sister-in-law, Chuck and Tracy Bowling of Smiths, AL and Robert Lee Bowling of Upatoi, GA and her nephew, Jackson Lee Bowling of Smiths,AL. and also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and special friends.
