Services for Mr. Martin Homer Gibbs, 81, of Minden, La., will be held Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 2 p.m. in the Minden Rose-Neath Chapel. The Rev. Donnie Lodatto will officiate. Burial will be in Fellowship Cemetery in Dubberly, La.
Mr. Gibbs, born in Flora, La., died Jan. 1, 1984, In the Humana Hospital in Minden following a brief Illness.
He had been a resident of Minden for 60 years. He was a member of the Webster Lodge 04 Knights of Phvthios.
He Is survived bv his wife, Vera M. Gibbs of Minden; six daughters, Betty Vittitoe of Bossier City, Barbara Causey of Ruston, Georgia Knight of Minden, Mary O-Steen of Springhill, Margaret Fritz of Shreveport, and Linda Daniel of Texarkana, Texas; two sisters. Bertha Foster of Groves, Texas and Hazel McBride of Shreveport; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. His grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
