He married on Sept. 15, 1984 in Elkhart, Ind. to Sally Wright, she survives.
He worked for Kampco, Elkhart Machine and Tool, Bennington Boats, Medallion of Culver, and lastly he was self employed doing machinist work.
He was a 1965 graduate of Jimtown High School. He then received his certification from Elkhart Trade School for Tool and Die. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, woodworking, bowling, drag car racing, snowmobiling, and dirt bike riding. He especially enjoyed coaching his sons sporting teams.
