Walter Bartram Willis, III “Bart”, 65, of Williamsburg departed this life on June 19, 2014. He was the oldest of 6 children born to Walter B., Jr. and Janie R. Willis on August 15, 1948. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David A. Willis. He retired after 30 years of service to the City of Newport News.
