Sad Death - The sad death of Mrs. Estelle Boarman, wife of Dr. Wm. Boarman of Bryantown, which occured on Thursday morning of last week, caused a deep and general regret throughout the county. The lady for many years past had been in failing health and frequently became very despondent, threatening at such times to relive herself from her great physical sufferings by committing suicide. No one thought that she seriously contemplated carring out her threat. On the morning of her death she was seen to take a glass with something in it and go into the garden, in a few moments she returned, retired to her room and on looking into a mirror exclaimed, "I would give anything if I could recall what I have done." She then told a servant to go for her husband as she had taken poison and wanted to see him before she died. Dr. George D. Mudd was hastily summoned, who with her husband, did all that could be done to relieve her sufferings, without avail. Her death occurred in about half an hour after her condition was made known. Mrs. Boarman was the daughter of Mr Alfred W. Gardiner of St. Mary's County, and she was the second wife of Dr. Boarman. She leaves a family of seven children, two of whom are young ladies just grown.

It does not stat her exact burial location.
