Westminster — Barbara A. (Erlewein) Roth, 82, of Westminster died peacefully Monday morning April 16, 2018 in her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Barbara was born in Fennville, Mich., on August 30, 1935, daughter of the late Edward and Julienne (Claeys) Erelewein and has lived in Westminster for many years.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Ronald C. Roth; four children, Michael Roth and his wife, Michelle of Vernon, N.J., Patrick Roth and his partner, Michael Morris of Unionville, Conn., Pamela Prendergast and her husband, Thomas of Westminster and Bruce Roth and his wife, Lynn of Holden; a daughter-in-law, Laurie Roth of Westminster; seven grandchildren, Tom, Mathew and Jonathan Prendergast, Alexis Hornyak and Max, Jordan and Lily Roth; four greatgrandchildren, Tommy, Sophie, Gavin and Avery Prendergast and many nieces and nephews.
Barbara was predeceased by one son, Scott E. Roth; one brother, David Erlewein and one granddaughter, Sarah Roth.
Barbara worked for J.C. Penny in Gardner and later as an underwriter for a mortgage company. She was a talented artist who enjoyed working with stained glass and painting. She was also an avid golfer.
Barbara will be remembered most as a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother.
You are invited to attend her funeral service in the Westminster Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Homes, 123 Main St. Westminster. Burial will follow in Woodside Cemetery, Narrows Rd., Westminster MA.
