Daniel Dee Stark, a 55 year old Oklahoma City, Oklahoma resident, formerly of Mercer Missouri, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, February 23, 2018.

Daniel was born on August 6, 1962 in Mercer, Missouri. The son of Albert and JoAnn Stark. He grew up in Mercer and graduated from Mercer High School.

Daniel served in the Army Reserves for six years and was employed with Putnam City School District for 34 years in the maintenance department.

Daniel was dedicated to taking care of his family. He enjoyed celebrating meals with family and friends, cooking and riding his Harley.

Survivors include, son Justin of the home; daughter Rachel (Forrest) Anderson, OKC, OK; fiancé Lucy Martinez, OKC, OK; mother JoAnn Stark, Corydon, IA; brothers Jesse (Pat) Stark, Mercer, MO; Forest Stark, Corydon, IA; Donnie (June) Stark, Princeton, MO; Dave Stark, Mercer, MO. Sisters, Mary (James) Hines, Mercer, MO; Terry (Nash) Cox; Loretta Poush, Corydon, IA; Debbie Stark, Mercer, MO; Rita Stark, Mercer, MO; Carol and Richard May, Maribel Rios, Jessica Parrilla, Jennifer Martinez, Jesse James Parrilla.

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Stark; father Albert Stark; brothers James and Albert Dale; sister Goldie Thurnau.

Viewing for Local Friends and Family will be held on Monday, February 26th from 1pm to 6pm at Absolute Economical Funeral Home in Okc, Ok.

Services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the Lineville First Baptist Church, Lineville, IA and burial to follow in the Middle Point Cemetery in Mercer, MO. Visitation will be held an hour before the service time.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Dan Stark Memorial.
