Eunice was the daughter of the late James Walter and Ollie Etta (Barrett) Beaty.

She worked several years with her brother at Beaty's Fish Camp. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

Her memory is cherished by her husband, Ernest; daughters, Phyllis and Rhonda; grandchildren, Tyler, Brandon, Megan; great grandchildren, Isaiah and Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Therman Beaty, Carl Beaty, and Dwight "Jr. Beaty; sisters, Hazel Singleton, Elizabeth Thomas, and Arlee Lail.
