Virginia Buser Jeffries, 81, of Plant City, born on June 14, 1936, entered into eternal rest on February 1, 2018. She was a member of First Baptist Church Plant City, where she formed long-term friendships formed in the "Encourages" Sunday School class. She was a licensed pilot, and a real estate agent. She had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed reading, gardening, sewing, and playing cards with friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Robert D. Jeffries; parents, Pearl Haney Buser and Roy Duke Buser; and brother Joel Buser. She is survived by her daughters, Dennie Crooks (Lionel) and Debbie Woerner-Polk (Morgan); step-sons, Bobby Jeffries and Gary Jeffries; sister, Janice Davis; and grandchildren, Leah Woerner, Katie Crooks, Brandon Woerner, and Karlie Crooks. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 7 at Noon at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 S County Road 39, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 A.M.
