Donald lived all his life in Rockford. He married the former Elaine E. Cintella in Rockford in 1947. She predeceased him on November 19, 1994. He then married Ruth on May 1, 2004 in Rockford.
Donald was employed at Greenlee Tool Company for many years. He was in the US Army serving during WWII.
He is survived by: wife, Ruth; son, Timothy M. (Rhoda) Anderson; stepchildren; and sister, Dolly Lorraine Luther.
