Mr. Bailey was a medical doctor, and a WWII veteran. Bailey was tail gunner on the B-17 that flew bombing missions over Germany.

Survived by wife, Jewel D. of Toxaway, NC; sons, Lloyd Francis Bailey III, Lake Wales, FL, Joel Griffith Bailey, Alpharetta, GA, Robert Crig Bailey, Augusta, GA; daughter, Jewell D. Williams, Amarillo, TX; eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild. Preceeded in death by two children, Clarence Campbell Bailey Jr. and Tamara Lee Bailey.
Visitation will be on Thursday May 23 from 12 Noon-1PM at Carey Hand Cox Parker Funeral Home. Services will be 2PM at All Saints Episcopal Church, 338 E. Lyman Ave., Winter Park. Graveside services to follow at Palm Cemetery at 3PM. CAREY HAND COX-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 1350 W. Fairbanks Boulevard, Winter Park, is in charge of arrangements. (407) 647-1942.
