Waits, She attended schools in Plano, Texas, and Cochran, Georgia, and graduated from Bleckley County High School (Cochran Georgia) in 1983. She was employed for many years as a clerk at the old Revco Drugstore in Cochran and at the Sarah Lee/Hanes plant in Eastman. Tracey was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cochran.
She was predeceased by her biological parents, Joe Waits of Marshall and Rita E. Waits Gilmer of Marshall, and biological grandparents, Gradie and Margaret Waits, and Edward and Bernice Emery, all of Marshall, Texas.

Holland of Cochran; her adoptive siblings, Glen (Michelle) Holland of Columbus, Ohio, Donna (Michael) Covey of Blue Ridge, Texas and Becky Holland of Chandler, Texas and a host of adoptive and biological aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
