Burial was in Blandford Cemetry. She was a native of Dinwiddie and taught school in Dinwiddie for many years. She was a daughter of the late John Hargrave and Mrs. Leona Scott Hargrave. Surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. E. B. Short, Mrs. L. B. Connelly, Milton T. Hargrave and Mrs. Karl Butterworth, of Dinwiddie; Mrs. J. T. Kelly, of Philadelphia; Mrs. J. S. Easterly, of Lebanon; Mrs. W. C. Rives, Jr., of Blackstone; Miss Mary Gray Hargrave, B. Tucker Hargrave and T. E. Hargrave of Dinwiddie.
