Carlotta M. Baylor, 82, of Rockton, Illinois, passed away April 16, 2017 at Highview in the Woodlands. Born December 20, 1934, the daughter of Carl H. and Letha M. (Bland) Johnson.
Carlotta graduated from Rockford East high school. She married William “Bill” Baylor in Rockford, Illinois on April 14, 1956. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband. Most of all she was a homemaker taking care of her loving family. She was a member of the fire departments auxiliary. Carlotta will be truly missed by all family and friends.
Survivors include: husband, William; sons, Edward and Thomas (Maria) Baylor; daughters, Dawn (Mike) Oswald and Terese (Larry) Peterson; grandchildren Krissa, Karl, Andrew, Nick (Jenny), Nathan, Nolan and Lauren; great grandson Malachi; brother David (Sheri) Johnson; sister-in-law Elizabeth Atkins and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents and in-laws.
