Hallie was born March 3, 1930, in Kansas City, Mo., to the late Maturn Fisher and Eleanor Fisher. She grew up in Oakwood, Kan., and attended nursing school at Avilla College in Kansas City, Mo. She loved public school nursing for many years, and after moving to Moore County, she did field nursing.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Vincent Francis Oberhofer; sons David, Andy, Mike and Kurt; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Hallie was predeceased by her parents and son Vincent (1996).
