Charles Partain Funeral Today
HENRYETTA-Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Schulter Methodist Church for Charles Partain, 79, retired farmer and long-time resident of Schulter who died Sunday night at his home.
Burial will be in the Okmulgee cemetery under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home.
Mr. Partain is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eliza Partain of the home in Schulter; seven seven sons, Robert Partain and Rosco Partain, both of Arvin, Calif., Harvey Walker, Ozark, Ark., Wallace Walker, Alma, Ark., Jim Walker, Vallejo, Calif., Virgil Walker, Arvin Calif., and Herman Walker, Schulter; six daughters, Mrs. Martha Garner, Seaside, Calif., Mrs. Lena Arnold, Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Nita Northup, Terra Haute, Ind., Mrs. Hester Sonne, San Rafael, Calif., Mrs. Allie Johnson, Muskogee and Mrs. Myrtle Shepard, Calvin, Okla.; 60 grandchildren; 28 great- grandchildren and eight great- great-grandchildren.
