DIES CALLING DOCTOR FOR HIS DEAD BABY

When one of his young children was taken suddenly ill last night, Edward Devino, 40, of 389 Walnut street, rushed to Delehanty’s drug store at 492 Mill street to telephone for a doctor. He had looked up the telephone number when he was seized with a heart attack and died a few minutes later. Just before he died at the drug store his child had died at his home. Devino was employed at the Hendee manufacturing company and had been working hard of late to make both ends meet for his family, consisting of his wife and four children. Dr. I. R. Calkins arrived just before the death of the father and pronounced heart failure the cause.
