PALMER-George Quintard. Died Thursday, September 15, 2000 after a short illness. He was a long time NY resident before moving to England. Mr. Palmer graduated from St. Marks School, Princeton University Class of 1947. He served with the Army in the South Pacific during WW II. Survivors include three sisters, Isabelle Dunning Palmer of Warwick, NY, Ruth Palmer Blanke of St. Louis, Mo. and Warwick, and Katharine Palmer Bailey of Westwood, Mass. Three children William and George Palmer and Isabel-Diana Palmer Carr-Smith. He will be sadly missed by his family, many friends and his companion, Patricia Simmons.
