Mrs. E.C. Wright, mother of Mrs. C.W. Barnhart, celebrated her 87th birthday last Tuesday, at the home of her daughter.

Mrs. Florence N. Barnhart, 80, former president of the Allen County W.C.T.U., died Monday, at her home, at 2613 Raymond Avenue, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The deceased was born September 29th, 1853 in Lima, Ohio; a daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. William Wright. She came to Monroeville years ago and was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church and at her death was a member of the Wayne Street M.E. Church in Fort Wayne.
Surviving are: the husband, Cyrus W. Barnhart; three sons, Frank L., Edward W., and Darrell J., all of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Mrs. Hiram Danner and Mrs. John Spanley, all of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Landis, of Paulding, Ohio, and Mrs. Addie M. Barber, of Central Lake, Michigan, and a brother, William C. Wright of Hicksville, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held this Thursday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the residence, and at 2:30 p.m. at the M.E. Church in Monroeville, Indiana with Dr. C.H. Smith of Fort Wayne officiating. Burial in the Old M.E. Church cemetery at Monroeville, Indiana.
Mr. and Mrs. Barnhart resided in this vicinity for many years before moving to Fort Wayne.
