She was born April 17, 1960 in Yale the daughter of John and Beverly Cope Shannon.
Her marriage to Robert Jacobs was September 1, 2001 in Ruby.
She was a 1978 Yale High School graduate.
Justine was a member of Ruby United Methodist Church and past member of the Ruby Lioness. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Surviving in addition to her husband Robert of five years are two daughters and a soninlaw, Jessica Shannon of Burtchville and Jennifer and Arron Powell of TN; son, James Ellis of TN; grandchildren Abby, Brenna, Gavin and Ethan; parents, John and Beverly Shannon of Ruby; mother and fatherinlaw, George and Anna Jacobs of N.J.; sister and brotherinlaw, Deona and Rick Ellis of Emmett; two brothers and sistersinlaw, John and Mary Ellen Shannon of Port Huron and Donald and Stephanie Shannon of Roseburg; grandparents, Donald and Gladys Cope of Emmett; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
