Denita Jean Bolin Harley was born August 8, 1961 in Dallas, Texas and passed away at the age of 54 on February 22, 2016 in Longview. She had been a resident of Gilmer for twelve years, previously living in Grand Saline. She owned and operated and animal shelter, and belonged to many organizations in animal rescue. She loved to ride horses, and was a member of Simpsonville Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Morris & Ludie Bolin, and Ida Bell & Archie Monk, and the fathers of her children, Nolan Ray Harley and Phillip Rincon.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Meg & Travis Jones of Grand Saline; son and daughter-in-law, Charles & Alicia Bolin of Grand Saline; parents, Jerry Morris & Glenda Ann Bolin; sister and brother-in-law, Renee & Mike Barnes; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dwayne "Bub" & Tammy Bolin and Gerald & Mandy Bolin; grandchildren, Destyni Goforth Dickens, Dustin McKinney, Blake Jones, Ryan Jones, Preston Thompson, Ethan Bolin, Evan Bolin, Carly Bahm, Cadence Bolin, and Ava Bolin; boyfriend, Mark Hickerson; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to an animal rescue organization of your choice.

Denita was a resident of Gilmer, Texas, previously lived in Grand Saline, Texas. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She operated an animal rescue shelter, and was a member of Simpsonville Church of Christ.
