WHITEWATER - Funeral services for Gerold G. Hansen, 47, former local resident who died Sunday in St. Mary's Ringling Hospital, Baraboo, after a long illness, were held Tuesday at Baraboo. The Rev. Richard Korzinek, chaplain at St. Mary's, officiated. Burial was in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Baraboo.
Mr. Hansen operated a retail store in Baraboo and was a salesman for the Gustave A. Larson Wholesale Refrigerator Co.
Survivors are his wife, Nina; two sons, Gerold Jr. and Roger, and three daughters, Janet, Nancy and Lynette, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Ella Eales, Whitewater; six brothers, Roland, of Eagle, Zoern, of Merrimac, Clarence, of Racine, Elmer, of Fond du Lac, Wesley, of Milwaukee, and Alvin, of Whitewater; and four sisters, Mrs. Ethel Herbig, Rockford, Mrs. Hazel Welch, Baraboo, Mrs. Bernice Kreger, Whitewater, and Mrs. May Flood, Waukesha.
