Obituary

Graveside services for infant, John Clarke Perry, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, December 4, 2015 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Johnny Funderburg officiating.

John Clarke was born May 5, 2015 and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at St. Francis Medical Center.

John Clarke was a loving 6 month old who in his short time here on Earth touched many lives. He leaves those that loved him remembering his big blue eyes and sweet smile that could light up any room.

Survivors include his parents, Holley and Jonathan Perry; big sister, Emarie James Perry; twin sister, Ella Michael Perry; maternal grandparents, Karen and Bubba Bryan; paternal grandparents, Carolyn and Harvey Perry; maternal great grandfather, Hersey Goodwin; aunts and uncles; Tina and John Koeshall, Mandy and Wade Lynn; Mary Kathryn and Eric Edwards, Kim and Rickey Lowery, Felicia and Parnell Perry, Amy Perry-McGee; and numerous cousins.

The family would like to thank Dr. Bermudez, Dr. Demare, Dr. Malmay, the nurses and staff of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of St. Francis Medical Center for the care, love and attention given to John Clarke and his family. A special thanks to PICU nurses, Julie, Brooke, and Nicholas.
