William J. Arcand, 65, of White Bear Lake, injured in a head-on auto crash on highway 61 south of Forest Lake Nov. 2, died Thursday in the Forest Lake Clinic hospital. Frank Leibel, 58, White Bear Lake, other victim in the crash, is recovering. Funeral services were held Saturday in St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic church. White Bear. He is survived by his wife, Lillian; one son and six daughters. He was employed at the Ray Jeans Implement Co.
