Jean M. Rolofson, 81, of Lincoln, passed away on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in Lincoln. She was born March 18, 1930, in Red Oak, Iowa, the daughter of Reverend Dr. Edward L. and Clara Emma (Graham) Jeambey.
Jean attended First Evangelical Free Church and was a long time employee of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jean was a loving mother and grandmother who loved reading, playing the organ, and her cat, Sophie.
Survived by: daughter, Barbara J. McIntosh; sons, Paul R McIntosh, Mark R. McIntosh, and Craig M. McIntosh; 12 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother, Robert Jeambey; sister-in-law, Marge Jeambey.
Preceded in death by husband, Elwyn "Bud"; grandson, Russell McIntosh; parents; and brothers, Edward Jr., Max, Keith, Dicky, Graham, and Leo Jeambey.
Funeral service on Saturday, March 3, 2012, at First Evangelical Free Church, Lincoln. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
