Clayton Belcher
CALDWELL - Services for Clayton C. Belcher, 82, of 2304 Iowa, who died Wednesday at a Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Flahiff Chapel, Caldwell, by the Rev. James Doughtery of the First Church of God. Interment will be in Canyon Hill Cemetery.
He was born Aug. 27, 1892, in White City, Kan. He moved to Hanford, Calif., in 1898, and then to Mountain City, Nev., in 1915, where he homesteaded He married Edna Baker Dec. 20, 1917, in Elko, Nev. They moved to Caldwell in 1936, where3 they farmed until 1957.
Surviving are his wife of Caldwell; three sons, Jack of Boise, Lee of Spokane and Kenneth of Hepner, Ore.; six grandchildren, a great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, two brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren.
