NOTE....This Cemetery was once known as THE LEWIS HUNTER CEMETERY...
That is probably why his children came to be buried in here..

Lewis Hunter married Araminta Honaker: She was the (daughter of James A. the Saxon Gunsmith) &.His death certificate says Lewis died in Munition, back then it was either in Peach Tree or Drews Creek.My searches show he taught school in these hollows for a while, & was a prominent citizen & active in the community. His signature is on James A. Honaker death certificate.
