Obituary of Anna E. Wilson

Mrs. Anna E. Wilson, mother of Richard Rowbal of Ord, died Jan. 15 at the Wolf Memorial Home at Albion.

In addition to her son, Mrs. Wilson is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Merna Wigent of Albion, nine grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, a brother James R. Butcher of Gridley, Calif., and two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Huber of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Nina Sherman, Rudyard, Mont.

Born Sept. 23, 1890 at Merriman, she moved to this area at an early age with her parents, George W. and Ann Marie Butcher to live in Garfield and Valley counties. She was united in marriage to Joseph F. Rowbal, Sept. 30, 1908 at Ord. They resided in Ord with the exception of two years in Iowa. He preceded her in death Sept. 18, 1946. On Aug. 16, 1948 she married James R. Wilson at Fremont and they made their home in Hastings, Ia., until his death May 24, 1972. She was a member of the former Assembly of God Church of Ord. In addition to her husbands, Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, four brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services are planned for Thursday at 2 p.m., at the Ord Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in the Ord Cemetery.
