Sally Ann Millikan, 28, of La Mesa died Thursday. She was born in San Diego and was a carrier for Iron Mountain Incorporated. Survivors include her companion, Jessica Ybarra of La Mesa; daughters, Sarah Marie Buono of Bonita and Christine Sierra Buono of La Mesa; parents, Sally and George Bjornstad of Bonita and Bob and Jan Millikan of Lakeside; and brother, Robb of St. Louis.
