Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Ellsworth Monson Jensen, age 84, passed away on Friday, June 3, 1994.

Born November 13, 1909 in Preston, Idaho, the son of N. Richard and Mary Lovina Monson Jensen.

Married Helen Hampshire on November 13, 1936 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.

Ellsworth served an LDS mission in the Toronto Canada Mission. Active member of the LDS Church.

Was employed for twenty-three years by Utah Oil Company and then he retired from Intermountain Health Care.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Dianne (Steven) Clark, Holladay; and Joanne Jensen, Centerville; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a brother, LaVal Jensen, Smithfield; and a sister, Elvina Gittens, Rupert, Idaho. Preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Pace; and a grandson, Gary.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 1994 in the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, where friends may call on Monday, June 6, 1994 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the services on Tuesday.
Interment-Bountiful Memorial Park.
