Mrs. Rosella Porter Jacobsen, 94, former resident of Mt. Pleasant, died in a Salt Lake nursing home Thursday morning of causes incident to age.
Born March 28, 1864, Mt. Pleasant to James B. and Mary Ann Leslie Porter. Married to Thomas M. Thompson. He died in 1899. Married to Jacob Jacobsen, Mt. Pleasant. He died in 1920.
Survivors: a daughter, Margaret Thompson, Mt. Pleasant; a son, Charles Jacobsen, Salt Lake City; two brothers, James B. Porter, Sacramento, Calif.; Andrew Porter Springville, Utah county; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
