Services for Frank L. Noonan, 85, of Scotia will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Greeley with the Rev. Walter Phelan officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery at Greeley. Visitation was to be after 7 p.m. Tuesday at T. J. Finn and Sons Mortuary in Greeley. Rosary was to be at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.

Mr. Noonan died Monday at a Grand Island hospital. He was born on a farm near Spalding on Dec. 9, 1890 to Michael and Annie Russell Noonan. He attended rural schools in that area, later attending the Fransiscan Brothers College at Spalding and Grand Island Business School.

On Jan. 8, 1919, he married Hazel Peterson at Spalding. They farmed in the Spalding-Scotia area for several years. He served as Greeley County Commissioner for 15 years. The past 13 years, the couple has resided in Scotia.

Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Miss Kathleen Noonan of West Hartford, Conn. , Mrs. Genevieve Birkby of Greeley and Mrs. Rosemary Noonan of Newark, Calif.; a son, Tom of Scotia; 18 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
