Mrs. Follmeyer was born Dec. 12, 1943, in Sharon, a daughter of Stephen and Margaret Raykie Klapach.
A lifelong area resident, she was a 1961 graduate of Sharon High School and attended what is now Youngstown State University.
In her early years, Mrs. Follmeyer worked in the billing department of what is now Sharon Regional Health System.
Charlotte was an active member of St. Joseph’s Church, Sharon.
She most of all enjoyed caring for and spending time with her family, especially her grandson, David.
Surviving are: her husband, James Follmeyer, whom she married Nov. 19, 1966; two daughters, Joan and her husband Brian Eller, Sharon; and Janet and her husband Leonard F. Reuter, Philadelphia; two sons, James Follmeyer, Hermitage; and Jason Follmeyer, Pittsburgh; a grandson, David James Eller; and a brother-in-law, Gerald Arthur, Brookfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Karen Arthur.
Interment: Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hermitage.
