She was born September 8, 1956, in Ironton, to the late William J. and Pealie (Danner) Luthi.
Known for her good cooking and her hummingbird collection, Lois was a member of the Big Walnut F.O.E. #3261 and Amvets, as well as a former member of the VFW Post 8736. She enjoyed restoring old furniture and the Sunday Night Card Club with the ladies. Her biggest joy was spending time with and spoiling her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, Sam Osborne of Marengo; son, Joshua (Christie) Osborne of Delaware; daughters, Airian Osborne of Sunbury and Brooke Bice-Osborne Boggs (Carl) of Marengo; grandchildren, Lola and Lila Boggs; Ava, Spencer, Jaxson and Callianna Osborne and Archer Persinger as well as special friends, Mikaela Huff of Chesterville and Nikarla Hart of Cardington.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Aimee; brother, Shawn Luthi and Aunt Flora Mae Hale.
The family will receive friends Friday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, SR 3 at SR 61, Sunbury, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jerry Copley officiating. Interment will follow in Sunbury Memorial Park.
