She was born on March 19th 1930 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Malcolm Clough and Cledythe Irene (Harner) Stickey.
She had also resided in Williamsburg, Va.
Mrs. Dickey was a retired School Teacher and had moved to Melrose, Fla. in 2016 from Hawthorne, Virginia.
She was a member of Paran Baptist Church and enjoyed reading about history and especially enjoyed traveling.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years; James "Jim" D. Dickey on May 29th 2016.
Arrangements by the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home on 340 East Walker Drive in Keystone Heights, Fla.
Interment will be in New York at a later date.
