Hilma Thompson passed away Thurs., Nov. 24, 2004. She was 93, born April 29, 1911 in Ferndale, WA.
Hilma married Clarence Thompson in 1935. He preceded her in death in 1982. Clarence and Hilma lived in Seattle and Bremerton until 1951. After moving back to Ferndale, Hilma worked for 17 years at the Bon Marche.
Hilma was a long time member of 1st Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Edwin and Tony; sister, Albertina; and son- in-law, Tim Bailey.
She is survived by her daughters, Janine Thompson, Marilyn Bailey; grandsons, John, Alan, Matt, Joe Bailey; great-grandson, Jay Bailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Our beloved mother, grandma, aunt and friend will be remembered most for her graciousness, and for her beautiful smile.
A graveside service will be held Tues., Nov. 30, at 2:00 PM, at Woodlawn Cemetery.
