Michael Dowling passed away peacefully on the morning of August 1, 2014 at his home.
Seumas was born on January 19, 1963 in St. Louis, Missouri to "Jack" John A. Dowling and Sheila Christina Dowling (nee Stephens).
He is survived by his beloved life partner of 15 plus years David Goodson; his mother Sheila; his siblings Michaeleen (Lynn) Farley, John (the late Debbie) Dowling, Mary (Matt) Hurley, and his twin Stephen (Pamela) Dowling; his brother-in-law Mike (Cheryl) Burns; his nieces and nephews Luke & Evan Farley, Krystyna & John J. Dowling and Madaline, Gabrielle & Bridget Hurley; and a great-nephew Thomas Farley. He was preceded in death by his dear sister Sheila Burns and his father.
Before his illness, Seumas was a successful business owner, running his own custom frame shop for over 10 years. He was always a perfectionist, which made him good at anything he set his mind to. He was know for his comical antics and "out of this world" sense of humor. Seumas was never afraid to speak his mind to anyone, even someone he had just met! but this outspoken way he had was always balanced by his compassion, kindness, his giving spirit and sharing nature
